Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for paid ABA ONE products, including AetherMAIL. For how to cancel and what happens after you cancel, see our Cancellation Policy.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Each plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged during it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. After the trial, your plan automatically renews each month at the listed price until you cancel.

Refunds

Because plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, or you experienced a genuine problem with the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge at demos@abaone.org and we will review your situation in good faith. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will honor it.

Failed or disputed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may pause access until payment succeeds. Please keep your payment method up to date to avoid interruption.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date.
