Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a paid ABA ONE subscription, including AetherMAIL, and what happens when you do. For how refunds are handled, see our Refund Policy.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment — paid plans are month-to-month.

How to cancel

Cancel by emailing demos@abaone.org, or from your account billing settings where available. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

When cancellation takes effect

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You keep access to the features of your plan until that period ends.

Cancelling during your free trial

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged and your access ends at the close of the trial period.

Your data after cancellation

You can request an export of your data before your access ends. After cancellation, we retain and delete data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date.
